Essiac in bulk for retail and resaleWe are now offering bulk essiac to retailers/resellers at wholesale prices. If you run a herbal products or health food store, and would like to stock essiac, please read and accept the Agreement below: Reseller/Retailer Agreement I agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. I will not misrepresent essiac in any way, including, but not limited to: *Making any claim that essiac is a cure or treatment for any disease or condition. *Making any claim that essiac is approved by any medical establishment or government agency. *Making any claim that essiac contains any ingredients other than those listed on the label we provide, or on the essiac-tea-herbal-remedies.com website. *Using the term "essiac" to refer to any formula purchased from essiac-tea-herbal-remedies.com that has any added ingredients. *Re-labeling bulk essiac with information other than that provided by essiac-tea-herbal-remedies.com. 2. I will limit the price of essiac I resell to a "reasonable and customary" price, in the true spirit of Rene Caisse and her work. 3. I will not represent that I have any claim to the essiac eight-herb formula, other than as an authorized reseller. 4. I will store, brew, and administer essiac in accordance with the instructions provided by essiac-tea-herbal-remedies.com. Furthermore, I will not provide my customers with brewing and dosage instructions other than those from essiac-tea-herbal-remedies.com. I understand that by clicking on the link for the Bulk Essiac page, I am bound by the terms and conditions stated above, and that failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in termination of the business relationship and/or legal action.
